The Problem
IDRN was managing dairy production and pricing data through multiple Excel files, making reporting slow, inconsistent, and difficult to analyze at scale. Comparing district-wise milk prices, tracking feed costs, and generating monthly insights required extensive manual work and lacked real-time visualization capabilities.
Our Solution
We developed a custom Django-based reporting and analytics platform that digitized the entire workflow into a centralized web system. The platform supports bulk CSV data imports, automated data processing, interactive dashboards, district-wise filtering, and dynamic trend visualization for milk and feed pricing analytics.
Outcome
The platform transformed manual spreadsheet operations into an efficient, scalable reporting ecosystem. IDRN can now analyze district-wise dairy market trends in real time, generate reports instantly, and make data-driven decisions using interactive dashboards and visual analytics.
